Shooting Clinic Monday - March

Instructors Mike Donnelly & Craig Channell focus on the shooting & stickhandling techniques of the Power Shot Shooting System. Players develop powerful, accurate shots, maintain puck possession longer, learn new maneuvers and proper form using the Power Shot Shooting System puck, and Swedish stickhandling balls. Each clinic includes 4, 60-minute sessions. Maximum 12 players per class. Players should bring: sticks, gloves, running shoes, water or sports drink. No food or pop permitted.

Small Group Strength Training - March

Small group strength training clincs will give the players a head start for our Summer program. This will give our trainers an opportunity to work with the players on proper technique to help them develop proper training habits, help them build their strength and help them from sustaining an injury. 2010 Spring 3 on 3 Midget/High School Group 1

The Power Shot 3 on 3 Hockey uses the unique 3 on 3 concept which speeds up the game of hockey by reducing the size of the rink and taking out all lines. A set of boards are positioned along the center red line which split up the ice so that two games can take place on one surface.

Each session will include two 24 minute games. During the change, the players coming off the bench must pick up the puck from where it was and resume play. There will be no stoppages of play, no off-sides, and no icing. Penalties, however, will be called for infractions, the result of which rewards the opposing team with a penalty shot.

Each will include two 24 minute games. During the change, the players coming off the bench must pick up the puck from where it was and resume play. There will be no stoppages of play, no off-sides, and no icing. Penalties, however, will be called for infractions, the result of which rewards the opposing team with a penalty shot.
