Power Shot Shooting System
PSHA’S Power Shot Shooting System is a unique form of shooting & stickhandling training. There is no comparable method offered anywhere in the state. By using this exclusive system, and Swedish stickhandling balls, players develop powerful, accurate shots, maintain puck possession longer, experience increased goal scoring, learn new maneuvers, and proper form.
Mike Donnelly developed the Power Shot Shooting System while playing hockey for Michigan State University. Utilizing this system, Mike ultimately became one of MSU’s star players, leading his team to victory in the 1986 NCAA Championship game by scoring the team’s winning goal in overtime—his 59th, the standing NCAA record for most goals scored in a season. From MSU, Mike went on to a successful career in the NHL,including playing for the Los Angeles Kings alongside Wayne Gretzky when they made it to the 1993 Stanley Cup Finals.
Today, PSHA owners, Mike Donnelly & Craig Channell, use the Power Shot Shooting System, and their combined knowledge of the NHL, to build the greatest proficiency in their students, allowing them to compete at the highest level.
PSHA offers training options for both teams and individuals. When attending a session or clinic, players should bring: sticks, gloves, running shoes, water or sports drink. No food or pop permitted.

FULL PROGRAM:
Power Shot Shooting System / Core Strength & Conditioning
Team Training Session
Players receive 30 minutes of Power Shot Shooting System shooting & stickhandling training with a shooting instructor; and a 30-minute hockey-specific core strength & conditioning workout with a certified personal trainer.
Session Cost: $185 per team / Midget AAA and High School $200
Full Program Team Training Discount Package: Each team that signs up for 6 months, 4 sessions per month, will receive a discounted package rate.
Full Program Two-team Discount Rate: If two teams would like to train at the same time, PSHA offers a discounted rate.
Session Cost: $140 per team
