Spring Strength Training Program

We hope you’ve had a successful season! It may be tempting now to kick back and relax for a while. But what is your goal…
 
Do you want to play hockey?
Or do you want to be a hockey player?
 
It’s a well-known fact that during the season players actually lose core strength; quite simply there isn’t time to dedicate to working on it. To successfully compete at higher levels, developing your core and building overall muscle are key components. This is where Power Shot Hockey Academy’s Spring Strength Training Program comes in.
 
If you’re determined to take your game to a higher level, participating in the Spring Strength Training Program will give you a powerful head start—an added edge—over every other player in the upcoming season. This program, combined with our Summer Training Program, will send you into the fall season full out. Taking part is a clear way to show your coaches you are committed to improving your game and are serious about making the team next year.

The Spring Strength Training Program runs for Two 5 week sessions and includes 3, 60-minute sessions.
